  • Meat

    • 200g thinly sliced pork
  • Vegetables

    • 100g thinly sliced bamboo shoots
    • 3 green peppers
    • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • Batter

    • 5 tbsp all-purpose flour
    • đź’§ 4 tbsp water
  • Oil

    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Cut the spring roll wrappers into quarters.

Remove the stems and seeds from the green peppers and red bell pepper, then slice them thinly. Slice the pork thinly as well.

In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and water. Add the pork, bamboo shoots, green peppers, and red bell pepper, and mix well.

Place the mixture evenly onto the quartered spring roll wrappers.
