INGREDIENTS

- 130g chives
Seasoning

- 1 tsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp perilla oil
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Prepare the chives by cleaning them.
Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and blanch the chives starting from the root for 10–20 seconds.
Rinse the blanched chives in cold water.
Squeeze out the excess water and chop the chives.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (gochujang, plum extract, soy sauce, chili powder, perilla oil, sesame seeds) in a bowl.
Add the chopped chives to the seasoning mixture and toss well.
Transfer the seasoned chives to a serving dish.
