    • 1 tbsp plum extract

    • 1 tsp whole grain mustard
    • 🍬 2 tsp sugar
    • 4 tsp vinegar
    • đź’§ 4 tsp water
    • đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt

Prepare the sauces in advance.

Trim the durup by removing tough outer skin and cutting off hard stems.

Boil water with a tablespoon of coarse salt and blanch the durup stems for 1 minute.

Fully submerge the durup in boiling water for 20 seconds, then transfer to cold water immediately.

Drain the durup and split them in half. Place them on pork belly slices and roll tightly.

Heat a greased pan and press the ends of the rolls firmly to seal them together. Cook on medium-low heat.

Once the bottom is golden brown, gently roll the pork belly to cook evenly on all sides.
