- 4 green chili peppers, sliced
- 1 handful of chives

- 1.5 handfuls of rice cakes
Sauce
- 6 tbsp gochujang
- 5 tbsp chili powder
- 4 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 4.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp perilla powder
- đź§„ 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 4 tbsp cooking wine
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
STEPS
Prepare 850g of sliced duck meat. If buying pre-sliced, ensure the weight is 850g.
Slice the onion, green onion, and chili peppers. Prepare 1.5 handfuls of rice cakes.
In a bowl, mix the duck meat with gochujang, chili powder, oligosaccharide, soy sauce, perilla powder, minced garlic, cooking wine, black pepper, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Add the prepared vegetables and rice cakes, then mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes.
Cook the marinated duck on medium-low heat until fully cooked. Add chives on top and stir-fry while serving.
