    • 1 green chili, chopped
    • 🧅 1/2 cup chopped green onion

    • 🦐 1 handful of dried shrimp
  • Seasonings

    • 2-3 tbsp doenjang (soybean paste)
    • 2 tbsp dried shrimp powder
    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
    • 🍬 1/5 tsp sugar
    • 🧂 To taste salt

    • 1000cc rice water

Wash and prepare the spinach thoroughly.

In a pot, lightly toast the dried shrimp until aromatic.

Add the rice water to the pot and bring to a boil.

Dissolve the doenjang (soybean paste) into the boiling water.

Add minced garlic and stir well.

Add 2 tbsp of dried shrimp powder for extra umami.
