INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 250g soaked dried pollack

Seasoning
- 3–4 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger wine
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🌰 A small amount of sesame seeds
STEPS
Soak the dried pollack, remove any remaining bones, squeeze out excess water, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all seasoning ingredients to prepare the sauce. Adjust sweetness to taste.
Heat sunflower oil in a wok, add the pollack, and stir-fry on high heat for 3 minutes.
Move the pollack to the side of the wok, add the prepared sauce in the center, and cook for 30 seconds before mixing well.
Stir-fry for 3–5 minutes, add chopped green onion, sesame oil, and sesame seeds, then turn off the heat.
Serve the stir-fried pollack with gochujang as a flavorful side dish.
