INGREDIENTS
Dry Ingredients
- 105g all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🍫 200g dark chocolate (56%)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 🧈 90g butter
- 🍬 150g organic sugar
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
STEPS
Melt dark chocolate, butter, and cocoa powder together in a bowl using a double boiler.
Lightly whisk the eggs, then add sugar and mix for about 2 minutes until dissolved.
Combine the melted chocolate mixture with the egg mixture and mix well.
Sift the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and fold gently using a spatula. Pour the batter into a parchment-lined baking pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160–170°C (320–338°F) for 30–35 minutes. Check with a skewer; it should come out slightly sticky.
Cool the brownie completely for 4–5 hours before slicing. Alternatively, refrigerate for 2 hours after cooling slightly.
