- 🥩 150g chuck eye roll beef
Vegetables
- 🍅 400g whole tomatoes
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🥕 50g carrot
Seasoning
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup

- 🧈 5g butter
- 💧 200ml water
STEPS
Prepare all ingredients.
Cut the beef into large chunks.
Slice the carrot and onion.
Heat butter in a pan until aromatic.
Add carrot and onion to the pan and sauté until softened.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add ketchup and whole tomatoes to the pan.
Pour in water and stir well.
Simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
