    • 6 sheets fish cake
    • Adequate amount of pink sausage

    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
    • 2 tbsp corn syrup
    • đź§‚ 1 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp sesame oil
    • đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic

STEPS

Slice 6 sheets of fish cake thinly.

Slice pink sausage to match the length of the fish cake.

Thinly slice 1/2 onion.

Julienne 1/4 carrot and prepare all ingredients.

Mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp ketchup, 2 tbsp corn syrup, and 1 tbsp sugar to make the sauce.

Heat 2 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp minced garlic in a frying pan.

Add onion and carrot, stir-fry until golden yellow. Add cooking oil if needed.

Add fish cake and sausage, stir-fry until golden brown, then reduce heat to low and add the sauce.

Stir-fry until the sauce is absorbed. Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve.
