INGREDIENTS

Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp salt
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§„ 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- ✨ 2 tbsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Trim the roots off the spinach and remove any dry leaves. Wash thoroughly and drain in a colander.
Boil water in a pot, add 1 tbsp salt, and blanch the spinach briefly.
After blanching, soak the spinach in cold water for about 10 minutes, then rinse 2-3 times and squeeze out excess water.
Place the squeezed spinach in a bowl and spread it out evenly.
Add 0.5 tbsp minced garlic to the bowl.
Add 3 tbsp soy sauce to the bowl.
Add 1 tbsp sesame oil to the bowl.
Add 2 tbsp sesame seeds to the bowl.
Gently mix everything together until the spinach is evenly coated with the seasoning.
