  • Vegetables

    • 1 cup boiled bean sprouts
    • 1 cup shredded cabbage
    • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
    • 1/2 cup shredded cucumber
  • Egg

    • 🥚 2 boiled eggs
  • Seasoning

    • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • Sauce

    • 6 tbsp red pepper powder
    • đź§‚ 6 tbsp sugar
    • 6 tbsp vinegar
    • 6 tbsp plum extract
    • đź’§ 6 tbsp water
    • 5 tbsp red pepper paste
    • 5 tbsp soy sauce
    • 3 tbsp sesame oil
    • đź§„ 2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
    • 1 tsp wasabi

STEPS

Prepare the sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients and refrigerate it while preparing the vegetables.

Shred the vegetables and lightly boil the bean sprouts. Boil the eggs.

Separate the jjolmyeon noodles before boiling to prevent clumping.

Boil water and add 1-2 tbsp of vinegar before cooking the noodles for 3-4 minutes. Rinse the noodles in cold water and drain.
