INGREDIENTS

- 80g dalrae (Korean chives)
Condiments
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
STEPS
Rinse the dalrae roots in cold water, shaking them multiple times to clean thoroughly.
Peel the outer skin of the dalrae bulbs and remove the black spots inside the roots.
Dry the dalrae completely and cut them into 3–4 cm pieces.
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, chili powder, and sesame oil in a 1:1:1:1 ratio to make the seasoning sauce.
Combine the dalrae with the seasoning sauce and mix well until evenly coated.
