INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 100g of chopped daikon leaves
Seafood
- 2 tbsp of dried baby sardines
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp of sake
- 1 tbsp of mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp of sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 🌰 2 tsp of toasted white sesame seeds
STEPS
Chop the daikon leaves into small pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chopped daikon leaves and dried baby sardines, and stir-fry until the leaves soften.
Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and sesame seeds) and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates completely.
