  • Vegetables

    • 50g daikon, julienned
    • 2 tsp dried wakame
    • A pinch of chopped green onion
  • Seasonings

    • 2 tbsp miso paste
    • 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi granules
  • Liquids

    • 300cc hot water
  • Toppings

    • 1g katsuobushi (bonito flakes)

STEPS

Julienne the daikon into thin strips.

In a microwave-safe mug, add half of all ingredients except the green onion. Mix well.

Repeat the process for a second mug. Sprinkle chopped green onion on top before serving.
