Vegetables
- 50g daikon, julienned
- 2 tsp dried wakame
- A pinch of chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp miso paste
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi granules
Liquids
- 300cc hot water
Toppings
- 1g katsuobushi (bonito flakes)

Julienne the daikon into thin strips.

In a microwave-safe mug, add half of all ingredients except the green onion. Mix well.
