INGREDIENTS

Vegetables
- 250g daikon radish
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
Cooking Oils
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧈 5g salted butter
- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Prepare the squid by removing the guts, cutting the tentacles, and slicing the body into 1cm rings.
Slice the daikon radish thinly and cut the green onion diagonally into thin slices.
Heat butter and salad oil in a pan over medium heat, then stir-fry the daikon and green onion until the daikon softens. Add the squid and cook until done.
Add the seasoning mixture (sake, soy sauce, butter, pepper) and stir until well combined.
