    • 🍗 2 pieces chicken breast (100g)
  • Vegetables

    • 4cm daikon (120g), julienned
    • 1/2 pack pea sprouts (125g), trimmed
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp ground sesame
    • đź§‚ Pinch of pepper

Trim the pea sprouts and cut them into thirds. Julienne the daikon.

Place the chicken breast on a microwave-safe plate, pierce with a fork several times, and add sake. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 2 minutes until cooked. Let it cool slightly under the wrap, drain excess liquid, and shred into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, combine the chicken, pea sprouts, daikon, and all seasoning ingredients. Toss well to mix.
