  • Vegetables

    • 150g daikon, sliced

  • Seaweed

    • 1 tbsp dried wakame
  • Seasoning

    • đź§‚ 1/2 tsp soy sauce
    • đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
    • đź§‚ A pinch of pepper
  • Soup Base

    • đź’§ 350ml water
    • 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder

STEPS

Slice the daikon into thin pieces and chop the green onion into small sections.

Rehydrate the dried wakame in water for a few minutes, then drain.

In a pot, bring 350ml of water to a boil and add the chicken stock powder, salt, and pepper.

Add the sliced daikon to the pot and simmer for 5 minutes until tender.

Add the rehydrated wakame and green onion to the pot and cook for another 2 minutes.

Stir in the soy sauce and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot.
