  • Vegetables

    • Daikon 1/3 stick (cut into quarter rounds)
    • Green onion 1/4 stick (diagonally sliced)
  • Seasonings

    • Miso 1 tablespoon
    • Dashi 500ml

STEPS

Peel the daikon and cut into quarter rounds. Slice the green onion diagonally.

Put the dashi in a pot, bring to a boil, and add the daikon. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add the green onion and simmer for another 2 minutes. Then turn off the heat.

Add the miso and stir it in to dissolve. The dish is complete.
