INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 240g daikon, cut into 5mm slices
- 1 cucumber, sliced diagonally into 5mm pieces
Seasoning

- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp yuzu pepper
STEPS
Cut the daikon into quarters lengthwise, then slice into 5mm pieces. Slice the cucumber diagonally into 5mm pieces.
Place the daikon, cucumber, and salt into a storage bag. Massage and let sit for 15 minutes, then drain the excess water.
Add sugar, vinegar, and yuzu pepper to the bag. Massage to mix well, then refrigerate for half a day.
