    • 2 perilla leaves

    • 🥚 1 egg
    • 🥓 2 strips of bacon

    • 1/3 tbsp sesame oil

STEPS

Mix the rice with a small amount of salt and sesame oil to season it like for kimbap. Flatten the rice into a round, thin layer on a sheet of seaweed.

Place a fried egg on top of the rice layer.

Place cooked bacon strips on top of the kimchi and press gently to flatten.
