INGREDIENTS
Pudding Mixture
- 🥚 Eggs 2 units
- 🥛 Milk 300ml
- 🍬 Sugar 50g
Caramel
- 🍬 Sugar 40g
- đź’§ Water 2 tablespoons
STEPS
Put sugar and water in a small pot and heat over medium heat to make caramel. Stop the heat just before burning and pour into the mold.
Break eggs into a bowl and beat them, then add milk and sugar and mix well.
Strain the pudding mixture through a sieve to make it smooth, then pour it into the mold.
Place in a hot water bath and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 30-40 minutes.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, then remove from the mold and it's done.
