  • Coating

    • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
    • 2 tbsp potato starch
    • Enough vegetable oil for frying

    • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Poke several holes in the chicken wings using a fork. Place the wings and marinade ingredients (garlic, curry powder, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper) into a plastic bag. Massage the bag to coat the wings evenly and let them marinate for 15 minutes.

Add all-purpose flour and potato starch to the bag with the marinated wings. Seal the bag and shake it to coat the wings evenly with the flour mixture.

Heat vegetable oil in a pot to 170°C (340°F), ensuring the oil is about 3 cm deep. Fry the coated chicken wings for 5–6 minutes, turning them occasionally until fully cooked and golden brown.
