INGREDIENTS
Staple
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
Protein
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 50g ground pork
Vegetable
- 🍅 3 cherry tomatoes
Seasoning
- 30g curry flakes
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
Dairy
- đź§€ 10g shredded pizza cheese
Liquid
- đź’§ 100cc water
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
STEPS
Remove the stems from cherry tomatoes, pierce them with a toothpick, and place them in a microwave-safe container.
Add ground pork, water, and curry flakes to the container, mix well, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Stir once, top with shredded pizza cheese, cover again, and let sit for 5 minutes (curry).
Crack eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and whisk (egg mixture).
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, pour in the egg mixture, and stir over medium heat until semi-cooked (soft omelet).
Plate the rice, place the omelet on top, and pour the curry over it.
