- 10 cucumber peppers

- 1 tbsp doenjang
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
- 1 tbsp chili powder
STEPS
Wash the cucumber peppers thoroughly and remove the stems.
Cut the cucumber peppers into 1.5 cm pieces.
Add 1 tbsp of doenjang to a mixing bowl.
Add 1 tbsp of chili powder and 1/2 tbsp of sugar to the bowl.
Add 1 tbsp of perilla oil to the mixture.
Finally, add 1/2 tbsp of gochujang to the bowl.
Mix all the ingredients well until evenly coated.
