INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥒 2 cucumbers (200g)
- 🍅 2 cherry tomatoes (30g)
Condiments
- Mayonnaise as needed
Meat Miso
- 150g ground pork
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp cornstarch
STEPS
Cut the cucumbers into halves, then slice them lengthwise. Scoop out the center with a spoon to create a boat shape.
Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes and quarter them.
Mix the meat miso ingredients in a bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Stir, then microwave again for 2 minutes.
Fill the cucumber boats with the meat miso, flatten the surface, top with cherry tomatoes, and drizzle with mayonnaise.
