- 1 handful dried pollock

Seasoning Ingredients
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili powder

- 1 tbsp minced green onion
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds
STEPS
Wash the cucumber and slice it thinly. Slice the onion and cut the dried pollock into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the sauce by mixing chili powder, soy sauce, cooking wine, minced garlic, minced green onion, sugar, vinegar, corn syrup, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
Boil the noodles until cooked, then rinse them in cold water and drain.
Mix the sliced onion, cucumber, and dried pollock with the prepared sauce.
Add the noodles to the mixture and toss everything together.
Serve the cucumber bibim noodles immediately.
