INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥒 2 cucumbers
- 1 myoga
- 1/3 piece ginger
Seasonings
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp salted kombu
STEPS
Smash the cucumbers lightly and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Slice the myoga into thin rounds and julienne the ginger.
