INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 green chili, thinly sliced
- đź§… 1/2 handful green onion, chopped
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs, scrambled
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt
STEPS
Thinly slice the cucumber into half-moon shapes for a crunchy texture. Chop the green onion and slice the green chili thinly.
Scramble the eggs in a separate pan and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onion, and stir-fry briefly. Add the sliced cucumber and stir-fry over high heat to prevent water from forming.
Add the scrambled eggs and green chili to the pan and stir-fry together.
Add 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce and stir-fry quickly to finish. If oyster sauce is unavailable, substitute with soy sauce for flavor.
