    • 2-3 tbsp perilla oil
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1/2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
    • A pinch of sugar
    • A pinch of ground pepper

STEPS

Chop the young radish kimchi, onion, and green onion into small pieces.

Heat 2-3 tbsp of perilla oil in a pan.

Add the chopped young radish kimchi and green onion to the pan and stir-fry.

Add a pinch of sugar and ground pepper to balance the sourness and enhance flavor.

Once the radish starts to soften, add the chopped onion and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Add the cooked rice, 1/2 tbsp of gochujang, and 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil. Mix well and stir-fry until evenly combined.
