INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🌱 200g bean sprouts
- 🥕 1/4 cup julienned carrot
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1/2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 2 tbsp crushed sesame seeds
STEPS
Boil bean sprouts and julienned carrots together in a pot of boiling water.
After boiling for 7-8 minutes, rinse the vegetables in cold water 2-3 times and soak them in ice water for 3 minutes.
Drain the vegetables thoroughly and mix them lightly with 1/2 tbsp salt.
Add 2 tbsp sesame oil and mix well.
Sprinkle 2 tbsp crushed sesame seeds and mix again.
