- 🥒 3 cucumber peppers

- 1 tsp doenjang (Korean soybean paste)
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 🌾 A pinch of sesame seeds
- 1 tsp oligo syrup
- 1 tsp sesame oil
STEPS
Wash the cucumber peppers thoroughly and pat them dry. Cut them into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.
Add 1 tsp of doenjang (Korean soybean paste) to the bowl.
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp of chili powder into the bowl.
Add 1 tsp of oligo syrup to the mixture.
Sprinkle a pinch of sesame seeds and add 1 tsp of sesame oil.
Mix everything thoroughly by hand or with a spoon until the peppers are evenly coated.
