Seasoning

Sauce
- 50g mentaiko
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce

STEPS
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over low heat. Place chicken skin-side down and press gently while cooking until golden brown. Flip and cook over medium heat until fully cooked.
Make a slit in the mentaiko and extract the contents.
In a bowl, mix mentaiko, ponzu sauce, and cooked chicken. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
