    • 150g firm tofu, cubed
    • 🍅 1 tomato, diced
    • 60g arugula, chopped
    • 🥓 4 slices bacon, halved
  • Seasoning

    • đź§„ 1 clove garlic, sliced
    • 3 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper

STEPS

Cut the tofu into 2cm cubes. Slice the garlic thinly, dice the tomato, and chop the arugula into 4cm pieces.

Slice the bacon into thin strips. Heat a pan on low heat, add bacon, and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.

Arrange the chopped vegetables and tofu on a plate. Drizzle with vinegar and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Scatter the crispy bacon on top.

In the same pan, heat olive oil and garlic on low heat until the garlic turns golden brown. Pour the garlic oil over the salad.
