INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 🍜 1 pack udon noodles
Protein
- 🍤 4 cocktail shrimp
- 🥓 100g bacon
Vegetables
- đź§… 1/3 onion, sliced
- đź§„ 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
Cream Sauce
- 🥛 2 cups milk
- đź§€ 3 slices cheddar cheese
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- đź§‚ A pinch of herb salt
STEPS
Slice the onion and bacon to your preference. Prepare shrimp and other ingredients.
Boil the udon noodles for 2 minutes, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
Heat a pan with a little oil, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant, then add bacon and shrimp. Cook until done.
Add 2 cups of milk and 3 slices of cheddar cheese to the pan. Stir until the cheese melts completely.
Season with herb salt and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly. Add the boiled noodles and mix well.
Add 1 egg yolk to the sauce, mix quickly to thicken the sauce further.
Serve immediately to enjoy the creamy texture and chewy noodles.
