- 🍗 Chicken thigh, 300g
Vegetables
- 🥦 Broccoli, 1 head
- 🧅 Onion, 1 piece (thinly sliced)
Seasonings
- 🧈 Butter, 30g
- Flour, 2 tablespoons
- 🥛 Milk, 2 cups
- 🧂 Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
STEPS
Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Separate broccoli into small florets and thinly slice the onion.
Melt butter in a frying pan and cook the chicken over medium heat until white. Remove it from the pan.
In the same pan, sauté the onion until tender, then add flour and lightly stir-fry.
Gradually add milk while stirring to prevent lumps. Keep mixing until the sauce is smooth.
Add chicken and broccoli to the sauce, cover, and simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper, then plate the dish.
