INGREDIENTS

  • Nuts

    • 🌰 50g roasted walnuts
  • Cheese / Dairy

    • đź§€ 54g cream cheese (3 pieces)
    • 🥛 100g unsweetened yogurt
  • Baking Mix

    • 200g pancake mix
  • Oil

    • 1 tsp salad oil
    • 1/2 tsp salad oil (for frying)
  • Seasoning

    • đź§‚ Pinch of salt

STEPS

Chop the roasted walnuts into coarse pieces. Cut the cream cheese into 6 equal portions.

In a bowl, mix pancake mix, yogurt, salad oil, and salt until combined. Add walnuts and mix into a cohesive dough. Divide into 6 portions.

Roll each portion into a ball, flatten slightly, place cream cheese on top, and wrap the dough around it. Flatten to about 2cm thickness. Repeat for all 6 portions.

Heat a frying pan with salad oil spread thinly using a paper towel. Place the dough pieces in the pan, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Flip and cook for another 10 minutes with the lid on.
