INGREDIENTS
Dairy
- 🥛 240ml banana milk or preferred milk
Egg
- 🥚 3 egg yolks
Sweetener
- 🧂 50g sugar
- 🧂 10g sugar
Thickener
- 1 tbsp corn starch
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
STEPS
Mix egg yolks with sugar A and corn starch until no powder is visible.
Add milk and mix well to prevent clumping.
Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook on low heat, stirring continuously for about 5 minutes until thickened.
Transfer the thickened cream into a piping bag.
Pipe the cream into desired containers, filling about 2/3 of each.
Sprinkle sugar B (10g) evenly on top of each container.
Use a torch or lighter to melt the sugar on top until caramelized.
