Crab Filling
- 7 ounces canned crabmeat, rinsed

- ÂĽ teaspoon ground savory
- Ground black pepper to taste
- ÂĽ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- â…“ cup mayonnaise
Mushrooms
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- ÂĽ teaspoon paprika
STEPS
Gather all ingredients and preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine canned crabmeat, green onions, dried thyme, oregano, savory, black pepper, mayonnaise, and ÂĽ cup Parmesan cheese in a medium bowl. Mix well, then refrigerate the filling.
Clean mushrooms with a damp towel and remove stems. Hollow out the mushroom caps by removing the gills and stem base to create cups.
