INGREDIENTS

- 🥚 3 eggs
- 2 crab sticks
- đź§‚ 1 pinch salt
- suitable amount of ketchup
STEPS
Finely chop the crab sticks.
Separate the egg whites and yolks. Add a small amount of egg white to the yolks for better consistency.
Mix the chopped crab sticks with the egg whites and whisk well.
Whisk the egg yolks and season both whites and yolks with a pinch of salt.
Heat a pan and cook the egg whites first, rolling them into a log shape.
Pour the egg yolks into the pan and cook until halfway done. Place the rolled egg whites on top and gently roll the yolks around them.
Wrap the rolled egg in a sushi mat and let it cool. Slice into even pieces and serve.
