INGREDIENTS
Base
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
- 🌽 1 (8 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 🍗 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
Cornbread topping
- 1 (8 ounce) package corn muffin mix
- 🥛 ¾ cup milk
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧀 ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
STEPS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a 9-inch pie plate, stir together the chicken soup, corn, and cooked chicken cubes.
In a small bowl, mix the muffin mix, milk, and egg just until blended.
Spread the batter evenly over the chicken mixture in the pie plate.
