    • 🌽 1 ear of corn (300g)
  • Liquid

    • 1 tbsp sake
  • Seasoning

Rinse the rice and drain it in a sieve.

Cut the corn into two halves, then remove the kernels from the cob.

Place the rice, water, and sake into a donabe pot. Stir gently, cover, and let it soak for 20 minutes.

Add salt to the mixture, stir gently, and place the corn kernels and cobs on top.

Cover the pot and heat on medium until boiling. Reduce to low heat and cook for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it steam for 15 minutes with the lid on.

Remove the lid, take out the corn cobs, and gently mix the rice by cutting through it.
