INGREDIENTS

  • Egg

    • 🥚 1 beaten egg
  • Tofu

    • 75g silken tofu
  • Vegetable

    • 🌽 150g corn kernels
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tsp sake
    • đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 1/3 tsp dashi powder
    • đź’§ 400ml water

Cut the corn kernels off the cob using a knife.

Dice the silken tofu into 1.5cm cubes.

Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) to a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Add the tofu and corn kernels to the pot, cover, and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.

Bring the soup back to a boil over medium heat, then slowly pour the beaten egg into the pot in a thin stream. Let the egg set before stirring gently.
