    • 🌽 1 cob corn (300g)
    • 150g boiled edamame
    • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
    • Vegetable oil, as needed

    • 🥚 1 egg yolk
    • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
    • 1 tbsp potato starch
    • đź’§ 4 tbsp water

Cut the corn cob into two halves and use a knife to remove the kernels.

Remove the edamame beans from their pods.

In a bowl, mix the corn kernels, edamame, and 1 tbsp of flour until evenly coated.

In a separate bowl, combine the batter ingredients (egg yolk, flour, potato starch, and water) and mix lightly. Add the coated corn and edamame mixture and stir gently.

Heat vegetable oil in a pot to 180°C. Scoop 1/4 of the mixture onto a wooden spatula and slide it into the oil. Fry until golden brown, flipping occasionally, then remove and drain excess oil.
