    • 🌽 1 ear of corn (300g)
    • đź§€ 4 pieces of processed cheese (60g)
    • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
    • Enough vegetable oil for frying
    • đź§‚ Salt to taste

    • 70cc cold water
    • 5 tbsp all-purpose flour
    • 1 tbsp potato starch

Cut the corn in half lengthwise and remove kernels using a knife.

Cut the processed cheese into 1cm cubes.

Place the corn kernels, cheese cubes, and 1 tbsp of flour into a plastic bag. Seal and shake to coat evenly.

Mix the batter ingredients (cold water, flour, and potato starch) in a bowl until just combined.

Add the coated corn and cheese mixture to the batter and gently mix to coat.

Heat 2cm of vegetable oil in a frying pan to 170°C. Drop 1/4 of the batter mixture into the oil using a wooden spatula and fry for about 2 minutes, flipping until golden brown. Repeat for 4 fritters.

Serve on a plate and sprinkle with salt to taste.
