INGREDIENTS

    • 🐟 100g sashimi-grade salmon
  • Vegetables

    • 🥒 1 cucumber (100g), deseeded and diced
    • 1/4 red bell pepper (35g), diced
  • Seasoning

    • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 1 tsp grain mustard
    • 1 tsp powdered cheese
    • Pinch of black pepper

STEPS

Cut off the ends of the cucumber, slice it lengthwise, and remove the seeds with a spoon. Dice into 5mm cubes. Dice the red bell pepper into 5mm cubes.

Cut the salmon into 1cm cubes and place it in a bowl. Add salt and mix well.

In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, grain mustard, powdered cheese, and black pepper. Add the cucumber, red bell pepper, and salted salmon, then mix well.
