INGREDIENTS

  • Vegetables

    • 🥬 50g spinach
    • 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
    • 1 bag bean sprouts
  • Seasonings

    • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
    • đź§„ 1/4 tsp grated garlic
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 🍬 a pinch of sugar
    • 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
    • to taste toasted sesame seeds

Wash spinach, wrap in plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 30 seconds. Rinse under cold water, drain, and cut into 3cm pieces.

Julienne the carrot. Place bean sprouts and carrot in a microwave-safe bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2.5 minutes. Drain excess water.

Add spinach, sugar, soy sauce, grated ginger, grated garlic, chicken stock powder, and sesame oil to the bowl with bean sprouts and carrot. Mix well. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
