INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 2 packs udon noodles
Vegetables

- 🍤 1 handful shrimp
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- đź§„ 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp wasabi
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
STEPS
Mix all the sauce ingredients except lemon juice and chill in the refrigerator.
Prepare vegetables like red onion, cabbage, and greens. Adjust based on availability.
Boil the udon noodles, rinse with cold water, and drain thoroughly.
