INGREDIENTS

- 🍝 100g pasta
- 🍅 1 tomato
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🍶 1/3 block tofu
- 🧀 30g feta cheese
Dressing
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 🧂 2 tsp sugar
STEPS
Prepare all the ingredients.
Cut the tofu into small pieces and lightly fry it with minimal oil.
Boil the pasta for 7–10 minutes and rinse it under cold water.
Drain the pasta and mix it with 1 tsp olive oil.
Add a splash of lemon juice for extra freshness.
Arrange the pasta with leafy greens, tomato, tofu, and other toppings.
Mix the dressing ingredients in the given proportions and pour over the salad.
