INGREDIENTS

- 🍝 140g capellini
Seafood
- 50g shirasu
Vegetables
- 1/3 bag mizuna
- 4 shiso leaves
- 150g grated daikon
Condiments
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut the mizuna into 4cm pieces, julienne the shiso leaves, and grate the daikon, draining excess water.
Boil water in a pot and cook the capellini for 1 minute longer than the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
In a bowl, mix mizuna, shiso leaves, capellini, and olive oil.
Plate the mixture, top with grated daikon and shirasu, then drizzle with ponzu soy sauce and sprinkle white sesame seeds.
