INGREDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 200g cod fillets
Vegetables
- 🥔 300g potatoes, julienned
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
- 🧀 1/2 tbsp powdered cheese
- 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, to taste
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
STEPS
Season cod fillets with salt and pepper. Mix powdered cheese and flour in a tray to create a coating. Coat the cod fillets evenly and shake off excess.
Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Cook the cod until golden brown on one side, flip, cover, and steam for about 3 minutes. Remove, debone, and flake the cod.
Julienne the potatoes.
Heat half of the olive oil in a pan. Spread half of the potatoes evenly, layer with flaked cod and pizza cheese, then top with the remaining potatoes. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 7 minutes until golden brown. Flip onto a plate.
Add the remaining olive oil to the pan, return the galette, and cook for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
Serve the galette, sprinkle with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley, and optionally serve with ketchup.
